The process
01
Take a tour
The first step is to take a tour of the after school club. Parents/Carers are welcome to visit the club and meet the staff and see how we operate.

Submit application
Once you have decided that you would like to join the after school club, parents/carers simply need to complete our registration forms, permission slips and parent contract.

Meet and greet
After your application has been reviewed, Children will also be offered 1 free session prior to their start date. Parents/carers are welcome to visit the club and meet the staff and see how we operate.

Secure a spot
Finally, we will then agree sessions required and a start date. Bookings can then be made on a rolling permanent basis or Adhoc.
Required enrollment documents
We’re excited to welcome your child to our school or after school club! To get things started, we kindly ask that you provide the necessary enrollment documentation. This will help us ensure that we have all the important information we need to provide a safe and supportive environment for your child. Plus, it’ll help us plan ahead and tailor our approach to best suit your child’s needs. We appreciate your help and cooperation, and we’re here to assist you every step of the way!
